This is the recipes come from elsye cook. recipe of delicious cupcake. don't we all love cupcake?? yuuum..


Vanilla Buttercake
(from the Australian Women’s Weekly)

90 g butter, softened
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup (110 gr) castor sugar
2 eggs
1 cup(150 gr) self raising flour
2 tbsp milk
Preheat oven to moderate (180 C). Line 6 hole tex or 12 hole standard muffin pan with paper cases.
Beat butter, vanilla extract, sugar,eggs, flour and milk in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed until ingredients are just combined. Increase speed to medium, beat until mixture is changed to a paler colour.
Divide mixture among cases,smooth surface.
Bake large cakes about 25 minutes, small cakes about 20 minutes. Turn cakes onto wire rack to cool.
